Spring Valley, at one time was a lovely small place to live, we were in the upper elevation of the valley with some distance between us and the rest of Las Vegas. Recently our quality of life has dropped severely. Partly due to growth, more so due to lack of involvement by the county government representative. The County Codes and Rules are not being enforced, even when brought to the attention of authorities. because of this the typical domino effect is taking place. It is heartbreaking to see not only a life investment being destroyed, but the neighborhood, once well groomed and orderly, being taken over by people being allowed to not care. Shame on the County.
